Free Standard Shipping

Attic-Ladders.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on eligible orders within the applicable delivery area.

Free Standard Shipping typically has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Order processing time may be separate from carrier transit time.

Free Standard Shipping applies only to the standard/economy shipping option.

Expedited Shipping

Customers who need faster delivery may select an available expedited shipping option at checkout.

Expedited services, including UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air® Early, and other expedited shipping methods, are not included in Free Standard Shipping and are available at an additional charge.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Selecting an expedited shipping service does not waive any applicable order processing time.

Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, product size or weight, inventory availability, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your shipment and verify that the products received correspond with your order.

Because attic ladders are large and heavy items, we recommend inspecting the packaging and merchandise for visible shipping damage upon delivery.

If you notice damage or an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and retain the original packaging and any relevant documentation.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to our Return Policy and applicable exclusions.

Return shipping, freight charges, pallet shipping, and other transportation costs may be the customer's responsibility depending on the product and reason for return.
