Attic-ladders.com offers local door-to-door delivery (within 20 miles) with the first orders of $2,500 or higher, each delivery after that will have a minimum charge of $ 99. Attic Ladder will inform the customer at least 24 hours in advance of any deliveries, if we do not receive confirmation of the date and time the delivery will be canceled. The change or cancellation of the delivery date must be at least 24 hours before the delivery date. The Attic Ladder driver is only allowed to wait 15 minutes for the customer to accept the goods, the scheduled delivery fee will apply. The customer is responsible for unloading material from the truck (minimum (2) of two people to unload the truck). Make sure that all the products for your order are correct. Return is possible, up to 30 days after the date of purchase with the original proof of purchase. Pallet orders are returned at the buyer's expense. Only paid-in-full orders will be delivered to the site. Any special orders, orders under $1,000 must be paid in full prior to delivery. The Attic Ladder will track the delivery; however, due to material size/delays caused by the manufacturer/weight/ weather /traffic, and or circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee on-time delivery
