Although 3 items are shown in the add, the only one that will be shipped is the one item pointed to by the arrow. I wanted all the pieces shown but didn't get the one I needed.
Stairs are sturdy and attractive. The tread is somewhat narrow. If you’re big you need to be careful but there is a railing to hold on to which is nice. Overall would recommend.
The ladder arrived sooner than I thought, I had already roughed in the opening . It was a very easy install and it looks great, now the electrical in the overhead is accessible
