Attic-ladders.com makes every effort to carry the products you need. Whatever we do not have in stock, we will be more than happy to Special Order if possible. Special order items are custom-made non-stock items.

If any item fails to please, please note the following return and exchange policies which may be subject to review and/or interpretation by Attic Ladder based on each case's unique conditions and circumstance: Within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery to the customer, Attic Ladder will accept the return of regularly stocked merchandise in unused condition, upon presentation of an original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased: any signs of wear and tear, installation, modification, and or customization (holes/screws, etc.) may be cause for rejection. Each return is subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 15% of the original sales price. Special order items are custom-made or modified, and thus may not be returned. Special order items include without limitation all cabinetry, doors, hardware, plumbing fixtures, siding, tiles, trims, windows, and decking.

Because each sale is unique, Attic Ladder reserves the right to interpret, apply and/or waive its return policy, and to make all final decisions regarding returns and exchanges, at its sole discretion.
