We dispatch all goods within 24 hours. These services normally deliver on the next working day although occasionally they can take longer. Orders must be placed by 2:00pm to guarantee dispatch same day.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during check out.

Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, VAT invoices will be sent as a PDF file via email.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, providing you have placed an order with us before. To place an order over the phone you can call us between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note, we only deliver to your billing address if you place your order by phone.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock?

We will get in touch to give you the choice of having one delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered to arrive (no additional delivery charge for this).

I have a complaint, what do I do?

Great product!

The box & ladder are really great. I don't understand why these pre-made ladders don't have an easier way to extend or shorten the ceiling height ...but, hey, I'll figure-out something or bring it down on a sturdy wood box. But, if it works for your height, its a great product.

Super Cool Ladder for Tight Spaces

We installed this pull down ladder in a closet with limited floor space clearance. The ladder projects out substantially when pulling down, but the footprint is very efficient once fully deployed - and it's super sturdy and light! Cool design, and way better than the old wooden folding ladders.

Nice quality ladder

I was very impressed with how easy this ladder was to put up! It was the only option I could find in the size I needed, so I grabbed it and hoped for the best. It seems to be nice quality, and I love how smooth the steps are- No splinters here! The one thing I would change(if it can even be changed) is how the ladder folds up. The attic ladders I have seen in the past folded up each section opposite of each other, like this: / \ /. This one does not do that. It does something more like this: / \ \ / \. It is a little awkward when you are trying to fold it up, but as I said, maybe that's the only way it would work, because it is so long. Anyway, very happy with the ladder otherwise, and I definitely recommend it!

Pretty good ladder

The ladder itself is very nice. The instructions for the installation of the ladder needs some work. The latch system has to be taken apart to install the twist ring but the instructions didn’t say that in any way.

Good stairs

Stairs are sturdy and attractive. The tread is somewhat narrow. If you’re big you need to be careful but there is a railing to hold on to which is nice. Overall would recommend.

The ladder arrived sooner than I thought, I had already roughed in the opening . It was a very easy install and it looks great, now the electrical in the overhead is accessible

Like custom made

This ladder is exactly what we needed to reach our attic without disturbing the console underneath. The quality is top notch with the wooden steps and the ease of pulling it up and down. We ordered the red handrail for extra support. Only question…why is the latch plastic instead of metal?

Ladder purchase

My ladder came in with the plastic cut open and parts missing.

The ladders are made of good quality materials, the shipping was really fast. I need a few more sets of ladders and I will definitely be buying more from this company.

Shorter than expected

Ladder says 14.5 reach but it was closer to 12. Shipping company they used was terrible. Additionally I submitted an inquiry before I ordered they didn’t respond.

Only problem I had was that I could never get anyone to answer the phone, I had a couple of questions before I ordered the ladder that I would of liked to talk to someone.
