Not a complaint but Installation was a little more involved than a typical ladder, however it is very solid and well made. I'm very pleased with your product and worth the cost. Fast delivery with great tracking.

I needed an attic ladder for a tight space. I was a little skeptical of scissor ladders for my customer. I had to adjust the rough opening for this one but it was totally worth it. The ladder install was pretty straight forward and turned out awesome. Definitely will use this type of ladder again in the future if I run into a similar situation (or just want a really nice access ladder!)
