I just replaced my 30 year old pull down stair with the S-GLOB. The installation instructions are written and illustrated very well, The unit was packaged very well and the unit itself was of very good quality. The S-GLOB seals well, works smoothly, has an insulated-thick structural door that is not expected to warp or sag. The ladder has comfortable toe relief and is easy to climb. Even the wood in the ladder is clear and looks nice. I have a Louisville aluminum in the garage that is a more traditional style and I do not like it as well.
